Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of FleetFlow's websites, applications, and related services (the "Service") provided by FleetFlow ("FleetFlow," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service description
FleetFlow provides software tools for fleet operators, including features that may help track trips, expenses, collections, documents, and operational workflows. Features may change during beta or as we iterate the product.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and safeguard credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Customer responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service lawfully and in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Ensure you have rights to any data you upload or import.
- Not attempt to disrupt the Service, probe systems without authorization, or misuse AI outputs.
5. Fees and payment
If you subscribe to paid plans, fees, billing cycles, taxes, and payment methods will be described in an order form, invoice, or in-product pricing. Late payments may result in suspension. Trial or promotional pricing may apply under stated conditions.
6. Data ownership
As between you and FleetFlow, you retain rights to your business data submitted to the Service. FleetFlow may process that data to provide and improve the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Analytical models may learn from aggregated or de-identified patterns where permitted.
7. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. The receiving party will protect it using reasonable care and use it only for purposes of these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, FleetFlow disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. FleetFlow does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FleetFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. FleetFlow's aggregate liability for claims arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to FleetFlow for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or, if none, a nominal amount where permitted).
10. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify FleetFlow against third-party claims arising from your data, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, or non-payment. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that should survive termination will survive.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for new use.
